FAQ How long does it take to make? It is handmade to order, with processing of 3–5 business days before shipping. Can I order it for Halloween? Yes. Halloween orders are open through Oct 28, with 1-day express available at checkout. Is same-day local delivery available in Dallas? Yes, Dallas-area same-day local delivery is available — please message before checkout to arrange it. What is the exchange and returns policy? Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery; returns are not accepted. Are the horns glossy or matte? As shown in the photos, the horns have a glossy, metallic-looking purple-blue finish with ridged texture along the curl.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
